It’s time to start planning for the Pumpkin Patch season! Here is a useful 2025 Pumpkin Patch Guide for Metro Vancouver. This guide also includes where to find corn mazes in the Greater Vancouver area.
There are 21 best pumpkin patches or corn mazes to explore in Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. These family-fun events are great for everyone and can be enjoyed at any age during this colourful time of the year.
Tips for the best pumpkin patch experience
1. Plan the timing of the visit. These popular events will be busier than ever this year. Visit during the week or in the early morning to avoid crowds. Advance ticketing does try to limit the crowds; however, people tend to stay longer because they are having a good time, creating an overlap.
2. Always dress appropriately. This year is unusually hot and dusty, but it could get chilly and wet before the season ends and in the early mornings. Fields might get muddy and slippery. Good waterproof footwear, such as boots, should be worn.
3. Bring a collapsible wagon. This will make it much easier to pick up pumpkins, farm-fresh produce and other goodies while visiting.
4. Take wet wipes and hand sanitizer. Washing stations are not always in convenient locations.
5. Leave your pets at home. Most of these attractions do not allow animals except if it is a service animal. Maan Farms sometimes has special dog-friendly events.
6. Plan and save money. Look for early bird discount codes for some events – 2025 Haunted Halloween Guide for Metro Vancouver, Best Metro Vancouver Fall Events and Festivals 2025 and the 2025guide for Vancouver Christmas events, holiday light displays and markets.

Great list and so helpful! I know lots of these but having it organized was very helpful. My two cents: love the forest pumpkin stroll at Maan Farms. They have neat food although a little overpriced for what you get. Greendale ended up being one of my favourites for the setting, photo ops, and activities. Headed back to Taves this weekend to see what it’s like this year. FYI Arts Nursery is right by me and we love it but it’s not really a day’s activity. Just a cute stopover to take a few photos and choose your pumpkin. But it’s free and great for the littles!
Thanks for your feedback and great comments, it’s much appreciated.
Thanks to your articles on the events list, I’m prepared for some Autumn excitement! Thanks for being so informative.
Thank you so much for sharing these events for October, As a newcomer in Vancouver, this article really piqued my interest..super excited to visit them now
Welcome to Vancouver. There is so many fun activities to do here. Make sure to check out the Fall events guide and the Winter Lights guide. If you plan to explore a little further there are several waterfalls and easy day hikes nearby. And there is so much to explore on Vancouver Island and in the rest of BC. You will never ran out of things to do. I am happy to suggest any other areas as well.
I’m all set for Fall fun due to your list of events articles! Thank you for being so informative!
Very glad to hear. Thanks for reading and enjoy making great family memories.
