Bruno Marti
Chef Bruno Marti is a celebrated Canadian culinary Olympian, a Member of the Order of Canada, Grand Officier Maître Rôtisseur, and a revered mentor to countless chefs. He ran the beloved La Belle Auberge for 33 years before his retirement in 2012.
Michel Jacob
Chef Michel Jacob has been the chef-proprietor of Vancouver’s legendary Le Crocodile for over four decades. He has set the gold standard for French fine dining. For his dedication to culinary excellence, the French government awarded him the title of Officer in the Ordre du Mérite Agricole.
Hidekazu Tojo
Chef Tojo Hidekazu is a trailblazer in Japanese cuisine. Tojo revolutionized Vancouver’s sushi scene with his world-famous Tojo Roll, the precursor to the California Roll. With 37 years at the helm of Tojo’s Restaurant, he continues to elevate the art of Omakase.

Chef Nutcha Phanthoupheng’s background as a nurse and cancer researcher before training with Michelin chefs in Thailand makes her highly focused on health and wellness and food’s important role in achieving this. She goes above and beyond to source the highest quality food and to know exactly where it comes from. Her use of ethnically sourced, sustainable, organic, farm-to-table natural ingredients is to be applauded.
