Vancouver Lunar New Year Parade – February 22, 2026 at 11:00 am
The 52nd annual Vancouver Lunar New Year Parade starts at Chinatown’s Millennium Gate, located on Pender Street, at 11:00 am and runs until about 1:30 pm. The parade travels along Pender Street and ends on Keefer. The colourful parade features Lion Dances, community and cultural performances.

Vancouver International Wine Festival – March 7-14, 2026
Discover a world of wine at the 47th annual Vancouver International Wine Festival, featuring 113 wineries from 14 countries across 33 events, with a special spotlight on France (27 French wineries from nine regions). Sip your way through grand tastings and themed events, level up your knowledge in engaging seminars and book coveted winery dinners , plus elegant gala experiences, lunches, and minglers. There’s something for every palate and budget.
The festival is for both the public and industry. The wine experience promises to be another exciting showcase of international wine and food, seminar speakers, and winery personalities from around the wine world. It also helps raise funds for its charity partner, Bard on the Beach Theatre Society.

This year, the Vancouver International Car Show will feature over 200 vehicles. Vaisakhi Parade – to be confirmed
Vancouver’s annual colourful Vaisakhi Parade, known as Nagar Kirtan, starts at the temple and will follow the traditional route along parts of Main Street and Fraser. Last year, the parade was held on Saturday, April 13th. (note the Surrey Vaisakhi is held the following week) From traditional Indian foods and sweets to more mainstream food, parade goers are treated to a wide range of delicious offerings. Richmond Night Market – April-October 2026
The Richmond Night Market is the largest market of its kind in North America. It features Asian street food, entertainment, and a wide variety of merchandise vendors. It’s easy to get to from the Canada Line and River Rock Casino.
Steveston Spot Prawn and Seafood Celebration: May 14-June 25, 2026 – Subject to change
For seafood lovers, we can’t recommend this festival enough. Local restaurants create special menus featuring these delectable crustaceans, while fishing boats gather at Fisherman’s Wharf to sell their fresh seafood starting at 6 a.m. Tip: Bring your own bag to take your spot prawns home, and most of the fishermen only take cash.

Surrey’s annual Vaisakhi Parade is the largest of its kind in the world. Sikh communities worldwide consider Vaisakhi one of their most important festivals of the year. Approximately 500,000 people are expected to attend the Surrey celebration. From traditional Indian foods and sweets to more mainstream fare, parade-goers are treated to a wide range of delicious offerings. 77th Annual Cloverdale Rodeo Parade – May 17 at 10 a.m. – to be confirmed
The parade will feature a variety of floats, marching bands, an assortment of classic and antique cars, cultural groups, horses, dance groups, clowns, dogs, and more. It starts at the corner of 177B Street and Highway 10 and heads west on Highway 10 to 176 Street.

Bradner Hall Daffodil and Flower Show – April 10, 11, 12, 2026

Chilliwack Party in the Park – Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival – April 25 and 26, 2026

The Harrison Tulip Festival is tentatively scheduled from April 8 to May 5, 2026. Ten million bulbs are planted on 35 acres.
